  • Refunds/Withdrawals: Refunds are handled according to the policy specified at the point of sale or in your program agreement.

  • Late Payments: We may suspend or terminate your access for nonpayment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, teaching tools (“7-Second Introduction,” “10-Second TED Talk,” etc.), videos, course materials, and program resources are our exclusive property or used with permission.

  • Personal Use Only: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our materials for your personal or internal business use only.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit our materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

No part of these methods, exercises, or branded tools may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without express written permission.

Participants and users receive a non-transferable, limited right to use the content and methods for personal or internal organizational development, but not for resale or external distribution.
